In our current times you will find reassuring we go to great lengths to make sure the place is cleaned properly and that on very frequent occasions between guests we perform a Ozone treatment on the place for that extra step to be safe and clean. Ozone is amazing, with the SARS virus scientist discovered that Ozone treatments kill 99.8% of Virus's. Also the entrance to the place is from outside NO inside hallways to walk down. With SELF check-in!

Here are 3 THINGS TO CONSIDER before renting.
#1 NO PARTIES are permitted in our Condo or on our property at any time during your stay.
#2 Our Condo is nice but its not perfect for all people, even though we have put lots of effort into this place there are always small what seem like trivial issues to most that really upset others such as, there is no dishwasher, This is a Condo so at times there will be neighbor noise.
#3 We ask all our guests to respect the neighbors and to not be loud or yell or play loud music inside and outside the building at all times during their stay. We expect our Guests to be quiet after 11:00 PM. So if you intend to behave like a party animal, our place is not for you but if you intend to behave like a resident, you should love your stay.
#4 We have a Smart TV with NO cable, we have a Antenna which provides 18 channels like ABC NBC CBS etc all in 4K, we also provide a Netflix subscription with endless viewing options.

This is a 2 BEDROOM unit with a queen size bed's the living room has a queen size sleeper sofa & all the linens you will need. 55” Smart TV, 100+Mbps WIFI . The bathroom has a FULL SIZE TUB/SHOWER HAIR DRYER, IRON & BOARD and a WASHER & DRYER to take care of your laundry needs.

Summary: Jack's Place is a great place to stay while visiting Interlochen. Close enough but away from the commotion. Booking, check in, and even the TV were easy and explained well. The place was very clean and cozy. The only thing lacking might be a reading lamp of some sort in the living room. Thanks for a great stay.

Summary: Great location for our trip. 35 minutes to sleeping bear dunes and less than 30 to traverse City. Property was clean and orderly. Property owners suggestion for buds cafe was spot on. The food was delicious and it was a cool spot to eat breakfast and hang out.

Summary: A My friend and I had a girls trip to see a concert at the Interlochen music venue. They were very close, which was great!The only thing was that needs to be addressed is that the air conditioner dripped, which is nothing against the place, just more something the owners need to know about. It cooled the place just fine, just dripped water and went down the wall. We kept it mopped up with the towels, but maybe have it looked at.The place was VERY clean, which is the most important thing to us!! Well appointed with everything you would need and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!!
